By accessing or using the Service in any manner, including browsing the website, conducting wallet checks, or accessing API endpoints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Service Description
AMLCheck.run provides Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk scoring and blockchain wallet analysis services. The Service analyzes publicly available blockchain transaction data to generate risk assessments for cryptocurrency wallet addresses.
2.1 What the Service Provides
- AML risk scores for cryptocurrency wallet addresses on supported blockchains
- Transaction history analysis and fund source tracing
- Counterparty risk assessment and sanctions screening
- Downloadable compliance reports in PDF format
- API access for automated screening workflows (for registered users)
2.2 Supported Networks
The Service currently supports over 50 blockchain networks including, but not limited to, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), BNB Chain, Solana (SOL), Polygon (MATIC), Avalanche (AVAX), TRON (TRX), Arbitrum, and Optimism. Supported networks may change at our discretion.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is not available to individuals or entities located in countries subject to comprehensive economic sanctions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, and the Crimea region.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Account Registration & Free Tier
4.1 Free Daily Check
AMLCheck.run offers one (1) free AML wallet check per calendar day per user. This free tier does not require account registration. Free checks are limited by IP address and/or device fingerprint to ensure fair usage.
4.2 Account Registration
For access to additional features, including multiple daily checks, API access, and PDF reports, you may register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Pricing & Payments
5.1 Pricing Structure
The Service operates on a freemium model:
- Free Tier: 1 AML check per calendar day, available to all users without registration
- Pay-per-check: Additional checks beyond the daily free tier are charged at $0.30 (USD) per check
5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select cryptocurrency payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
5.3 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service, checks that have been successfully processed are non-refundable. If you experience technical issues that prevent a check from completing, please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice via email or by posting a notice on our website.
6. Permitted & Prohibited Use
6.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- Conduct AML due diligence on cryptocurrency wallet addresses
- Generate compliance reports for regulatory purposes
- Integrate the Service into lawful business workflows via our API
- Research and analyze blockchain risk for educational or compliance purposes
6.2 Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service to:
- Circumvent, evade, or undermine AML/KYC compliance requirements
- Facilitate or assist money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial crimes
- Conduct unauthorized or unlawful surveillance of individuals
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our proprietary data or algorithms
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights
- Engage in any automated access or data harvesting beyond authorized API usage
7. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service analyzes only publicly available blockchain data. We do not request, store, or process private keys, seed phrases, or other wallet credentials.

The AML scores and reports generated by the Service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, compliance determinations, or regulatory opinions. You should consult qualified legal and compliance professionals for advice specific to your situation.
8.2 Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, blockchain data analysis involves inherent limitations. Risk scores are probabilistic assessments based on available data and may not reflect all relevant factors. We cannot guarantee that our assessments are complete or free from error.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMLCheck Technologies Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and underlying technology are and will remain the exclusive property of AMLCheck Technologies Ltd. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.
Reports generated by the Service for your wallet addresses are provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or internal business use only.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability, shall survive.
You may cease using the Service at any time. For registered accounts, you may request account deletion by contacting [email protected].
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email (for registered users) or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
